The Big4 Main Conference takes place on Wednesday 11 November (Major Gifts + Grants streams) and Thursday 12 November (Gifts in Wills + Corporate Partnerships Streams).

On Day 1 you can choose from 4 x Masterclasses. You can choose to register for just one masterclass, or one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
You can buy tickets to Day 2 Only of the Main Conference (Major Gifts and Grants) or Day 3 Only of the Main Conference (Gifts in Wills and Corporate Partnerships). Tickets for Wednesday 11 November and Thursday 12 November are sold separately. To attend both conference days, select a ticket for each day during registration.
You can also register for a combination of any of the above by selecting the appropriate options on the registration page.
Please note: Masterclasses on the morning and afternoon of Tuesday 10 November are NOT included in Main Conference – these are a separate and additional cost.
No. Tickets are issued to the registered attendee only and cannot be shared with another person.
No. We are exploring the possibility of hybrid and/or audio recordings of sessions at future F&P conferences, but we do not have immediate plans to offer these options.
Yes, the conference takes place at a hotel, Pullman East Melbourne, and rooms will be available for delegates to book directly. There are many other hotels nearby in Melbourne CBD. Note that accommodation is not included with registration, and delegates will need to book their own accommodation. We recommend you book early if intending to stay at the conference venue
Whilst the venue strives to provide a diverse range of food options and accommodate dietary requirements, it cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. The kitchen staff take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, but they cannot eliminate the risk of trace amounts of allergens present in shared equipment or ingredients.
All dietary requirements must be registered to F&P conference management at least 7 days in advance. Please be aware that neither the venue nor F&P is responsible for any adverse reactions or health consequences resulting from dietary choices. By attending this event, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and safety and for ensuring your needs are met.
Your discount code will be emailed to you. If you can't locate your code, simply sign in to F&P, click the "My account" button and it will appear on your account page.
When buying a ticket please select “Member”. A box will appear where you can enter your member promo code to access the discounted rate.

The conference discount is provided to the member named on the account, please do not share the code. The only exception to sharing the code is for charity organisations on group memberships with 10 or more people.

Registered attendees will receive final conference information by email two working days prior to the conference. This email will include login details for the Conference App. Please make sure we have the correct email address for the attending person if your registration was made by someone other than the person attending.
Generally no. You are welcome to choose which sessions you attend on the day and move between streams as needed unless otherwise noted on the registration form.
Yes. The conference includes multiple stream sessions running at the same time. Delegates are welcome to move between rooms and attend the sessions most relevant to them throughout the day.
Some sessions fill up quickly, so we recommend arriving on time for each session. Once a room reaches capacity, delegates may need to attend an alternative session.
Where speakers have given permission to share their materials, presentation slides or resources will be made available to registered attendees after the conference. These materials can be found within the resource gallery on the attendee app.
We recommend bringing your confirmation details, a charged mobile device to access the Conference App, and any device/notepad you prefer for notetaking.
Yes. The program includes breaks, meal times and networking drinks where delegates can connect with speakers, sponsors and other attendees.
If you wish to cancel your ticket you must notify F&P in writing before 5pm Friday 16 October 2026. You will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or cancellations will be made after this date, but you can transfer your registration to another person for this conference ONLY. The full contact details of the replacement attendee must be advised in writing to F&P prior to the conference. Email us at admin@fandp.com.au if you wish to cancel or advise of a transfer to another person. Registrations cannot be transferred to another F&P conference. Yes. You can transfer your registration to another person within your organisation for this conference only. The full contact details of the replacement attendee must be provided to F&P in writing before the conference.
